Welcome to Chic Paris Explorations. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment
All tours must be booked in advance via our website or approved partners.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable.

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our tours, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. While rescheduling is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

3. Tour Participation
Guests are expected to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

Late arrivals may miss part or all of the tour, and no refunds will be issued.

Our tours involve walking over uneven surfaces and through historic areas. Guests should be in suitable physical condition.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual for safety, behavior, or health reasons.

4. Accessibility
Some tour locations may not be fully accessible for individuals with mobility limitations. Please contact us in advance to discuss any accessibility needs.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee full access to all sites.

5. Liability
Participation in our tours is at your own risk.

Chic Paris Explorations and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
By participating, you acknowledge that you have appropriate travel or personal insurance.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Chic Paris Explorations.You may not reproduce, copy, or use our materials without written permission.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Chic Paris Explorations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to weather, strikes, safety issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.

8. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information without your consent.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
